Other EventsOn September 28, 2026, Strategy Inc announced an update for the September 21–27, 2026 period covering its at-the-market (ATM) offering program, bitcoin holdings, share repurchase programs, and USD Reserve and USD Cash. Under the ATM, Strategy sold 1,469,165 shares of MSTR Class A common stock for $246.2 million in net proceeds and sold no preferred shares; as of September 27, 2026, $18,844.4 million of MSTR stock and $1,619.3 million STRF, $17,510.8 million STRC, $2,100.0 million STRK, and $4,014.8 million STRD preferred stock remained available for issuance and sale.
Strategy used $142.7 million of MSTR net proceeds to purchase 1,665 bitcoin at an average purchase price of $85,681, bringing holdings to 847,666 bitcoin with an aggregate purchase price of $63.95 billion and an average purchase price of $75,437 as of September 27, 2026; it also used $103.5 million of MSTR net proceeds to repurchase STRC stock. During the period, Strategy repurchased 1,534,530 shares of STRC stock for $151.7 million, leaving $723.5 million available for preferred stock repurchases under its digital credit securities repurchase program and $1.0 billion available under its MSTR Stock repurchase program.
