Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers On September 2, 2026, Verisk Analytics, Inc. (the Company ) announced that Sunita Holzer, Chief Human Relations Officer, will retire from her role with the Company. Since joining the Company in 2021, Ms. Holzer has helped strengthen the Company s culture, modernize many of its practices and systems and ensured that its employees remained at the center of important decisions. Ms. Holzer s official retirement date will be determined after a successor is identified and announced.
