On September 1, 2026, Dell Technologies Inc. (NYSE: DELL) issued a press release announcing financial results for its fiscal 2027 second quarter ended July 31, 2026, reporting record revenue of $47.0 billion (up 58% year over year), net income of $4,133 million (up 255%), GAAP diluted EPS of $6.34 (up 273%), non-GAAP diluted EPS of $7.04 (up 203%), and cash flow from operations of $2,225 million (down 13%); adjusted free cash flow was $8,149 million (up 224%). Infrastructure Solutions Group revenue was a record $31.8 billion (up 89%), including record AI-optimized servers revenue of $16.4 billion (up 100%), record AI server orders of $60.9 billion and a record $95 billion backlog, traditional servers and networking of $10.5 billion (up 122%), and storage of $4.9 billion (up 26%), with ISG operating income of $4,781 million (up 225%); Client Solutions Group revenue was $15.0 billion (up 20%) with operating income of $1,142 million (up 42%). The company raised its full-year FY27 revenue guidance by $25 billion, from $167.0 billion to $192.0 billion (up 69% year over year), raised AI-optimized servers revenue guidance from $60.0 billion to $74.0 billion, and raised GAAP diluted EPS guidance from $17.31 to $24.37 and non-GAAP diluted EPS guidance from $17.90 to $25.50; third-quarter FY27 guidance calls for revenue of $49.0 billion (up 81%), GAAP diluted EPS of $6.10, and non-GAAP diluted EPS of $6.50. Dell returned a record $4.3 billion to shareholders in the quarter through repurchases and dividends, and on September 1, 2026 the board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.63 per common share, payable October 30 to shareholders of record as of October 20.
