The Board of Directors of Edwards Lifesciences Corporation, a Delaware corporation ( Edwards or the Company ), has received notice from Donald E. Bobo, Jr., Corporate Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development, of his decision to retire from the Company by mid-year 2027. A selection process will begin promptly to identify a successor, which is expected to result in a transition of duties during 2027.
