On August 19, 2026, Dr. Ray Johnson, a member of the Board of Directors (the Board ) of Rigetti Computing, Inc. (the Company ), notified the Company of his resignation from the Board, effective August 28, 2026. Dr. Johnson s decision to resign was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company s operations, policies or practices.
