MARA Holdings, a bitcoin mining company, reported its financial results for the three months ended June 30, 2026. Revenue came in at $312 million, up 87% from $166.5 million a year earlier, helped by higher bitcoin prices and more mining capacity. The company earned $45 million in net income, compared with a loss of $199.5 million in the same quarter last year. This includes a one-time gain of $15 million from selling equipment. Without that, the profit would be $30 million. Operating cash flow was strong at $215 million for the first half of the year. The company also reduced its debt and holds $850 million in cash. Management raised its mining capacity outlook for the full year. For investors, this shows MARA is in a good position to benefit from bitcoin's price, but it also remains tied to the ups and downs of cryptocurrency.
