McDermott, a director of Zoom Communications, Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company of his decision to resign from his position as a member of the board of directors of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. McDermott s resignation did not result from any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
